Bryan Henderson is a trial and appellate litigator with more than a decade of experience specializing in long-term complex matters. A former Federal and State Prosecutor, Bryan has represented the United States of America and the State of Georgia, directed multi-year international investigations, and led mixed Federal-State taskforces aimed at cartel and gang suppression. Prior to prosecution, Bryan served as a Public Defender trying the most serious and evidence intensive cases from multi-defendant R.I.C.O. cases to murders and violent sex crimes. He has also litigated before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and argued appellate matters in the Georgia Supreme Court – resulting in portions of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism Prevention Act being held unconstitutional.
