Overview

A native of Quito, Ecuador, Diego joined Poole Huffman as a business litigator upon graduation from Emory University School of Law in May 2024. During law school, Diego worked on several key aspects of business litigation, learning business through Emory Law’s Transactional Law Certificate Program curriculum and litigation though his diverse work at personal injury and business litigation law firms, for the Atlanta Legal Aid Society’s Home Defense Program, and by interning with the Dekalb County court system.

At Poole Huffman, Diego’s work focuses on business disputes and commercial debt collection, aiming to advocate for his client’s interests while reaching the best results possible. 

Outside of work, Diego enjoys playing soccer, powerlifting, rock climbing, and exploring the Atlanta food scene
